Retain your breath, then seal your left nostril with your pinky or ring finger while releasing your right nostril and breathing out from it.

Shavasana

This yoga pose aims to help you relax your nervous system and create a sense of balance and calm in your being.

Start by lying on your back with your legs slightly apart and your arms relaxed on your sides. Mentally visualize your body parts from the bottom up, one by one. Start with your toes, ankles, calves, knees, and thighs and continue to the upper body parts like your arms, abdomen, chest, shoulders, neck, forehead, and scalp. Relax each body part as you go over them in your head, gently commanding and confirming the process. This will allow you to be mindfully connected with your body and in command of yourself and your consciousness.
